Machine Vanguard of LP-80-2B-D of brusuyushchiya vertical lentochnopilny

The Brusuyushchy machine is intended for implementation of operation of a brusovaniye of the round wood and sawing up of gun carriages of short-length wood on chetyrekhkantny and two dvukhkantny bars. Structurally the machine is two vertical lentochnopilny heads collected on the general frame with a possibility of adjustment of distance between tape saws in the range of 80 - 450 mm. Giving of logs with a diameter from 120 to 450 mm in a zone of a pileniye (brusovaniye) is carried out by the special chain conveyor mounted in exact plastic guides with smoothly adjustable speed of giving from 0 to 20 m/min. Due to change of length of the conveyor and application of various options, the machine can be adapted to sawing up of wood of any length.

This modification of the machine is completed with the conveyor 12 m long. On an entrance to a zone of a pileniye and at the exit from it on a special bar about three pneumatic clips executed in the form of gear disks which in combination with gear elements of the chain conveyor provide accurate positioning of a log in the course of a pileniye are mounted. The croakers received in the course of a brusovaniye of 6-meter raw materials have the considerable weight therefore for their transportation to the delitelny machine on both sides from the chain conveyor on the general stretcher two tape conveyors giving to the croaker on live rolls of the delitelny machine are mounted. On the same stretcher mechanisms of a reception stage with a stalkivatel of gun carriages through which gun carriages are transmitted to multisaw machines are mounted.

Note. On this modification of the machine it is possible to saw also short-length raw materials, but for its sawing up there is a simplified modification of the machine.
