Power-saw bench of Avangard-LP-80-2D-2K tape

This model of the machine has two saw heads established on the general stretcher with two giving conveyors allowing to process at the same time two gorbylya. For one pass there is a separation from each gorbylya of two not cut boards therefore it is expedient to use the machine as a part of the line of sawing up of lengthy wood.

The Delitelny machine is the tape power-saw bench mounted on the general stretcher with the giving tape conveyor equipped with a pneumoclip. It is intended for division on thickness gorbylya, trekhkantny and chetyrekhkantny bars. For one pass one board separates. The sawn raw materials come back to the giving conveyor for repeated sawing up or manually, or by means of the returnable conveyor which is an option.

This machine can be used as separate unit, and as a part of the line of sawing up of short-length material.

This machine is intended for processing gorbylya and divisions on thickness of the boards and bars given on two conveyors. For carrying out several cycles of division, the machine can be equipped with the returnable conveyor or additional saw heads which quantity is defined by the customer.

It is intended for division of the 3rd or 4 a kantny bar, or a board on thickness in the horizontal plane for the purpose of receiving qualitative cut timber, a tare board. Also it can be used as the machine for processing gorbylya and for production of preparations before processing on quadrilateral machines.

The machine is developed on the basis of knots of a tape power-saw bench Vanguard of LP-80. The cast dynamically balanced saw pulleys with a diameter of 660 mm provide high service life of tape saws and high efficiency. The patented design saw traverses, already more than 4 years used on tape power-saw benches Vanguard, guarantees reliability of the equipment and high precision of the received timber. The hydraulic system of a tension of saws equipped with a damper provides a convenient tension of saws with a possibility of visual control of effort of a tension that excludes a banner of saws. The damper allows to compensate thermal lengthening of saws, and also creates softer operating conditions of the cutting tool. The control panel is executed separately for a possibility of its convenient installation in relation to the operator. The machine is equipped with system of smooth adjustment of speed of giving for providing the optimum mode of a pileniye of preparations of different section and breeds.
