This model of the machine "A format-250 ″ is intended for selection of ventsovy connections (cross grooves) in a bar of rectangular section. The cycle of milling of grooves is carried out from four parties, for one installation of a bar. Besides, along with a milling cycle, drilling of openings under Nagel, and also a bar tortsovka is possible. The machine is used on line production on production of sets of wooden houses from the pro-thinned-out and glued bar.

Fixing of preparation is carried out on a desktop by mechanical screw clips. All cycle of milling is divided into two stages: milling by horizontal mills and milling by vertical mills. Giving of mills is carried out automatically, serially, and is continuously adjustable. The full operation cycle occurs on one team of the operator. Return of the tool to a starting position is carried out at a high speed. Drilling of openings under nagel is carried out along with selection of grooves in the vertical direction. Tortsovka is carried out disk (or chain) a saw, kotroy can be established in addition.

Installation of the machine does not require the special base and can work in not heated rooms.
